Cancellation Policy
To avoid being billed for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date. If a cancellation request is made after a payment has already been processed, the subscription will remain active through the remainder of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued once the monthly charge has been completed. Any unused shopping trips within the active billing period must be scheduled and used before the end of that billing cycle. Unused trips do not roll over after cancellation and will be forfeited once the subscription term ends.
